Deep tissue techniques involve long slow motions that help to slow the body down, the pressure will gradually get stronger allowing your body to relax and adjust.
Sports massage techniques involve manipulation and active stretching. It can involve stimulating muscles but also reaches deep into the muscles in order to help them recover from activity or injuries.
My treatments are tailored to you. I work on a treat what I find basis and I combine sports massage and deep tissue techniques. This helps the body to relax in order to release stubborn knots, recover from daily aches and pains, heal after injuries, and help you to maintain a healthy and happy body.
